Yoga in Cabarete: Classes, Studios & Private Sessions
Cabarete is best known for kitesurfing and surfing, but there is also a great yoga community with classes available around Cabarete, Encuentro and Perla Marina.
You can find everything from casual drop-in classes to private sessions, breathwork and longer wellness retreats. Most places welcome beginners as well as more experienced yogis.
One thing to keep in mind: yoga schedules in Cabarete change frequently, depending on the season and the teachers who are currently in town. We recommend checking the studio or teacher's Instagram or website for the latest schedule before heading to a class.

Natura Cabana Yoga Temple
Located inside Perla Marina, around 10–15 minutes from Kite Beach by car or moto, Natura Cabana has a beautiful open-air yoga temple close to the ocean.
They offer regular weekly yoga classes for different levels, including morning and sunset sessions, as well as private sessions and retreats. Classes are open to visitors as well as hotel guests.
This is our favorite place to go for yoga in Cabarete. The open-air temple and ocean breeze make it a particularly beautiful place to practice.
Dharma Shala Yoga Community
Dharma Shala is located in the Encuentro area, at Vista del Caribe behind the food truck park.
The open-air shala hosts regular yoga classes in a beautiful setting overlooking the surrounding greenery and mountains. Classes are currently listed on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, but check their social media for the latest schedule before going.

The Body Temple Cabarete
The Body Temple is located at Ocean One Drive in Cabarete, close to the main traffic light.
The Body Temple combines yoga with bodywork, stretching and mobility-focused treatments. Yoga classes with Ash and private sessions are available; contact them ahead of time for the current schedule.
Rebearth with Kathi
Rebearth is run by Kathi, who has been teaching yoga in Cabarete for several years. She offers Vinyasa, Yin and VinYin yoga, with both group and private sessions available.
Rebearth has grown beyond yoga into a nature-based space offering breathwork and other holistic experiences and retreats. Sessions can take place on the Rebearth land or elsewhere around the Cabarete area.
Yoga at Plaza Encuentro
There are several yoga options around Plaza Encuentro.
Eve Riboldi Yoga offers yoga classes and private sessions from her studio at Plaza Encuentro, including practices focused on movement, breathing and relaxation.
enCalma Temple is another active yoga and community space at Plaza Encuentro. Current schedules include yoga as well as other wellness and community events.

Millennium Resort & Spa
Millennium Resort & Spa is located directly on Cabarete Beach, close to the center of town.
The resort offers group and private yoga classes by appointment, suitable for beginners through more experienced practitioners. Its wellness programming is also open to the public.
Private Yoga in Cabarete
If you'd rather book a private class, several of the teachers and studios above offer private sessions.
Saving Grace Wellness Massage and Yoga Cabarete also offers private yoga alongside massage and other wellness services. This can be a good option if you'd prefer an individual class rather than joining a scheduled group session.
Something Different: SUP Yoga
For a very Cabarete version of yoga, Yoga 4 SUP combines yoga with stand-up paddleboarding on Cabarete Bay.
Sessions take place on the water and are generally held in the morning, when conditions in the bay tend to be calmer. It's a fun alternative if you're looking for something different from a traditional studio class.
How Much Does Yoga Cost in Cabarete?
A drop-in yoga class in Cabarete typically costs around US$10–15, although prices vary depending on the studio, teacher and type of class. Some places offer discounted packages if you're staying in Cabarete longer, while private sessions cost considerably more.
For example, current published prices include US$15 for visitors at Natura Cabana and RD$600 for tourists at enCalma.
Because both schedules and prices change throughout the year, it's best to check directly with the studio or teacher before attending.
